Mungret/St. Paul’s 2-8 Kilmallock 6-8
We travelled to Mungret for our opening Football game of the 2014 championship. Although we trailed at half-time to a well-fancied and stylish Mungret/St. Paul’s side, a powerhouse display in the second-half by this team and in particular Paudi Sheedy(who bagged five of our six goals) gave us a deserved victory.
