Kilmallock 2-13 Deel Rangers 2-9
This was a very competitive game where Kilmallock had to pull out all the stops to clinch a very hard earned victory. Deel Rangers proved to be very difficult opponents indeed and had their shooting been a little more accurate, particularly in the first half, who knows what might have happened. Having said that Kilmallock had that extra little bit of class and ran out worthy, if unconvincing, winners in the finish. This game should stand to the lads as they prepare to meet Doon in round 2.
